Following information should be read carefully before ordering a watch or jewellery through www.juwelier-damken.com.

1. Authenticity / Delivery
We only sell 100% authentic watches and jewellery. Furthermore, we guarantee that all our diamonds used are conflict free, based on personal knowledge, and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.

Included in the delivery of a watch or jewellery are a receipt, and for:

• Watches: product instructions, a warranty card stamped by an authorized dealer as well as the original case.
• Jewellery: certificate of authenticity, and – if applicable – the original certificate of the diamond testing laboratory.

2. Quality of the Products
If not explicitly described as a "pre-owned", all watches and jewellery offered by Juwelier Nico Damken are brand new.

3. Shipping / Pick-up
We offer – on request, and subject to a small charge – worldwide insured shipping service. However, we reserve the right to refuse shipment to countries, in which, from our point of view, risk free trading cannot be guaranteed.
In general, customers are more than invited to pick up the watch personally in our shop in Zurich.

4. Payment
You can pay cash in our shop by bank wire transfer. Also, ec cash is possible and free of charge. Watches with large discounts can being paid by credit card – however this is subject to a charge of +3-4%;  jewellery is free of additional credit card charge.
